From Jewelry to Gatherings
1306 Market Street has a long history of bringing people together. From its beginning, it housed several jewelry stores, where you could find loved ones buying jewelry for the special people in their life. After the historic Victorian structure sat vacant for more than two decades, the Hamilton Family purchased the building in 2020 with hopes of bringing back life into the building. In late Summer of 2023, 1306 opened its doors to the community as an event venue where people can come together and host small to mid-size gatherings.

We believe the historic buildings of Wheeling carry generations of stories and traditions. That’s why we took on the responsibility of restoring this beautiful structure from the ground up, bringing it back to life.
